WANDERERS have announced the signing of former Macclesfield Town and Carlisle United striker Arthur Gnahoua on the eve of this afternoon’s game against Newport County.
The 28-year-old France-born front man started in Wanderers’ academy in 2003 and has also had league experience with Carlisle United and Shrewsbury Town.
Gnahoua began his senior career with Stalybridge Celtic and had the first of his two spells at Macc Town in 2012.
He signed for Kidderminster Harriers in January 2016 and was their top scorer the following season as they reached the National League North play-off semi-finals.
“I’m delighted to have got the move over the line and I’m excited to join the team,” he said. “It’s a big club and I’m looking forward to showing the fans how I can play.
“I played here when I was younger and it’s really nice to come back.”
Head coach, Ian Evatt said: “We are pleased to bring in Arthur who will strengthen our attacking options.”
