WANDERERS have added a second signing to their squad prior to today’s game against Newport County, with the addition of ex-Southampton winger Lloyd Isgrove.

The 27-year-old has signed a one-year deal after helping Swindon Town to promotion last season, alongside Eoin Doyle.

Isgrove came through the Southampton academy and won six Under-21 caps for Wales before breaking into the senior set-up in 2016 to win a cap against Northern Ireland.

Speaking about his move, Isgrove added: “Bolton Wanderers are a massive club that have made some good signings this season.

“We’ll definitely be aiming at the top end of the table this season and I’m hoping to play my part in helping with that.

“Me and Eoin had a good relationship last season and I set him up a few times so I am sure he’s happy that I’m here.”

Ian Evatt added: “Lloyd is an exciting, attacking player who we are delighted to have on board.”
