ANTONI Sarcevic's late goal secured a point for Wanderers on Ian Evatt's return to Barrow. But how did the players rate?

WANDERERS (3-4-1-2)

BILLY CRELLIN…5.

Remained mercifully unworked after half time but the nerves had clearly set in during a frantic 45 minutes. Looked intent on hitting the ball long for most of the night, which at least signalled some urgency.

ALEX BAPTISTE…4.

Found wanting in that dreadful opening half hour. And though he did recover his poise as the game wore on, his return to the side did not go according to plan.

RICARDO SANTOS…5.

Slow on the cover at times, which left Wanderers looking vulnerable. Used the ball pretty well from the back but was not nearly as steady as he had been recently.

RYAN DELANEY…4.5.

Caught flat footed by some of the more direct football Barrow played and though he deserves some credit for steadying himself, the damage had been done.

PETER KIOSO…7.

Again, Wanderers’ best attacking threat on the day. Came up with a good header, a reasonable supply from the right flank and never lacked energy.

BRANDON COMLEY…5.5.

Didn’t waste possession, which was a marked improvement on the weekend. Limited impact on the game but at least he was looking to get play moving forward.

ANTONI SARCEVIC…6.

Did as much as anyone in the second half to keep Bolton going to the end, and deserved his goal. Hardly involved for 45 minutes but much more like it later on.

HARRY BROCKBANK…5.

Not a natural left wing-back by any stretch but Brockbank put in a reasonable shift and tried to get forward.

ALI CRAWFORD…5.5.

Set piece delivery was as accurate as ever and there were small pockets where he looked to have the game under his spell. As influential as you’d like? Not really.

EOIN DOYLE…6.

Another goal – which will do him the world of good – but proved to be the only touch he had within the penalty box. Quality has to be better into him.

ARTHUR GNAHOUA…6.

Busy. Moved out to either wing, had a couple of attempts. Not the most refined striker to wear a Bolton shirt but in Delfouneso’s absence he did well enough.

Subs: Gordon 75 (for Brockbank), Darcy 81 (for Crawford).

Not used: Taft, Hickman, Mascoll, Greenidge, Tutte.
