SKIPPER Antoni Sarcevic may be sidelined for around a month but Ian Evatt does have some good injury news ahead of tomorrow’s meeting with Leyton Orient.
Swansea City loanee Declan John is available for the first time since his move from South Wales while fellow January arrival Kieran Lee is also back in contention.
And with Shaun Miller nearing a return as well, Evatt feels that in some departments his options are looking a bit healthier.
Wing-back John picked up a hamstring injury in the final moments of the last training session before the Exeter game on January 12 that would likely have seen him make his Wanderers bow.
Midfielder Lee has made two Whites appearances but was replaced at half-time of the 1-1 draw against Cheltenham on January 16 with a groin problem and has not featured since.
Former Crewe striker Miller has been out since the end of November with a thigh injury.
“Declan John and Kieran Lee are back training and fully fit and ready to go,” Evatt said.
“Declan probably won’t make the starting XI on Saturday but he’ll be involved, Kieran Lee’s fit and ready to go, and Shaun Miller is almost back with us as well.”
