WANDERERS will attempt to play their away game at Mansfield Town for a third time on Tuesday, February 16 (7pm kick-off).

Ian Evatt’s side have twice been frustrated at Field Mill, with two previous attempts to play the game sabotaged by the weather.

On January 26, the pitch was deemed too frozen for the match to take place and was postponed by the match officials at around 1.30pm.

On Tuesday night, however, a pre-match deluge forced officials to send both teams home just 90 minutes before kick-off, leaving Evatt and his staff furious at the wasted journey.

The Bolton boss pledged to reschedule the game on his terms and by the time his side head to Nottinghamshire once again they should have all four deadline day signings – Marcus Maddison, Dapo Alofayan, Lukas Jensen and MJ Williams fit and firing.
