WANDERERS (4-2-3-1).

MATT GILKS…7.5.

Came to collect a lot of aerial balls to relieve pressure but his second-half save from O’Connor was as good as we have seen at Wanderers this season.

GETHIN JONES…6.5.

Started off like a train and delivered some decent crosses. Could only watch as Rowe lashed in an equaliser after being wrong-footed by the cross at the end.

RICARDO SANTOS…7.5.

Playing with such confidence. Physically, he is bossing games at the back and quite unlucky not to have added a goal in the second half.

ALEX BAPTISTE…8.

Franz Bap-enbauer went through all the tricks at Bradford – back-heels, 60-yard passes, vital blocks and overlapping runs. Enjoying himself, and it shows.

DECLAN JOHN…7.

Has that sense of adventure around the penalty area that will surely see him make and score plenty more goals at Bolton. Playing well.

MJ WILLIAMS…7.

Worked hard to sew things together in midfield and won back plenty of possession for the Whites. Starting to win the supporters over too.

KIERAN LEE…7.

Just gets about the pitch so well and never looks stressed, which was some feat when the challenges were snapping in midfield.

LLOYD ISGROVE…7.

Always an outlet and worked really hard against the ball too, which left Bradford struggling for air in the second half. Set piece quality needs to improve, though.

ANTONI SARCEVIC…6.

Had a couple of really good spells in the game and pressed as well as anybody but not yet back at 100 per cent after his injury.

DAPO AFOLAYAN…7.5.

The youngster showed ingenuity on the ball and a good attitude to win in back too. Not everything is coming off – but proving an exciting signing.

EOIN DOYLE…6.

What he would have given for a goal against his former club. Hit one bad one in the first half and then should have put a second-half header on target.

Subs: Delfouneso 78 (for Sarcevic), Gnahoua 87 (for Isgrove), Miller 87 (for Doyle).

Not used: Maddison, Tutte, Brockbank, Thomason.

Bradford (4-2-3-1): Hornby; A O’Connor, P O’Connor, Canavan, Wood; Sutton, Watt; Vernam, Cooke, Crankshaw; Cook.

Not used: O’Donnell, Cousin-Dawson, Scales.

Referee: Leigh Doughty – 5/10: Didn’t start well by neglecting to tell the players if they were or were not taking the knee. He was quite quick with his whistle all afternoon.
