WANDERERS’ pre-season continues with a trip to the County Ground in Leyland to face Preston North End.

The Whites enter the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at FC United of Manchester over the weekend, with George Johnston getting on the scoresheet.

Boss Ian Evatt wasn’t happy with his side’s performance at Broadhurst Park and expects a response against Preston.

Here is everything Wanderers’ fans need to know ahead of tonight’s game.

Arrival

  • Gates open at 6pm
  • Admission is by ticket only (the game is now sold out)
  • Fans are encouraged to take a lateral flow test before the game although it is not mandatory for entry
  • There is no car parking at the County Ground, but the King Street Car Park on the main road is free of charge after 6pm

Venue

  • All seating is unreserved
  • Refreshments will be available in the Tom Finney Bar, 1878 café and Fan zone
  • The latter will have music from local band ‘FLIT’ before the game, at half-time and after the final whistle
  • Only cash payments will be taken (there are several cash machines on Leyland High Street)
