Gethin Jones was on target as Wanderers overcame Preston North End in an entertaining friendly at the County Ground.
Despite being without the likes of Matt Gilks, Lloyd Isgrove, Declan John, Kieran Lee and George Johnston, the Whites more than matched their Championship opponents.
The only negative was an injury to Xavier Amaechi, who was spotted wearing a protective boot and using crutches.
Here is what fans had to say.
Thought we bossed it for the first 60 mins. Starting 11 - all excellent. Dixon needs to prove himself - but did nothing wrong (PNE’s keeper was awesome!)

Gethin & Gordon both impressed at fb. MF 3 solid. Sometimes we need to take more risks in attacking 3rd? Need Goals! #BWFC
We're definitely lacking bite up front. Baka and Doyle give me cause for concern. That said I thought #bwfc dominated tonight and looked comfortable in every department. Williams was excellent

Sheehan cut above look forward to him and mj striking up a partnership in midfield

Thought Liam Gordon played very well and linked up well with Dapo. Really hope he pushes on and sticks round. Still think we need another striker

What impressed me was the players responded to Saturday’s criticism.

I think we’re good. No obvious area of need. Just try to move out more of the dead wood and look for an opportunistic loan if a good one presents. If not, no bother.

Wide right, Amaechi injured and Fonz not quick or effective enough

Striker, winger if Amaechi’s injury is serious and competition for Sarce in the 10 maybe

Still think a striker and Centre Back
