Former Wanderers defender Jake Wright has joined National League North side Boston United.
The 35-year-old – who was a free agent after leaving Mansfield Town – becomes the Pilgrims’ sixth signing of the summer.
"I am really pleased to bring in a player of Jake Wright's calibre," boss Craig Elliott told the club's website.
"Jake has shown in his career that he knows what is needed to be involved in promotion-winning teams. Giving us that natural left-sided balance and leadership, he will be a great signing for us.
"Jake's desire to sign for us was second-to-none and I sincerely hope he will be successful for Boston United."
Wright arrived at the UniBol in the 2019/20 season on loan from Sheffield United, and went on to make 12 appearances for the Whites.
The defender – who also had spells with Oxford United and Brighton - left Bramall Lane in January 2020 and has since had brief stints at FC Hereford and Mansfield Town.
