WANDERERS boss Ian Evatt has named his starting XI for tonight's EFL Trophy clash with Port Vale.

The Bolton boss has made eight changes from the side that lost at Cambridge on Saturday, with Matt Gilks starting in goal.

Hary Brockbank, Alex Baptiste and Liam Gordon come into the defence, while Andrew Tutte and George Thomason start in midfield.

Nathan Delfouneso comes into the attack, while summer signing Elias Kachunga makes his first start at the UniBol.

Vale - who finished 13th in League Two last season - enter the game on the back of a 2-0 win at Forest Green Rovers.

Wanderers ran-out 1-0 winners after a tight contest at Vale Park when the sides last met back in March.
