WANDERERS (3-4-1-2).

JAMES TRAFFORD…6.

Quite a calm afternoon, all in all. Made one save after sub Promise Omochere broke through in the second half, Santos-assisted.

GETHIN JONES…7.5.

Quality wasn’t quite there in the first half but Jones stepped up a couple of levels in the second half to really peg Fleetwood back.

RICARDO SANTOS…6.

Did what he had to do - but Fleetwood did their best to avoid the Bolton captain, especially in the air.

GEORGE JOHNSTON…6.5.

Nearly grabbed a goal with a fine second-half header, saw plenty of the ball and was put under continuous aerial pressure.

CONOR BRADLEY…6.5.

Took a lickin’ and kept on tickin’… Linked up really well with Jones in the second half to keep Fleetwood pinned back on their haunches.

GEORGE THOMASON…6.

It didn’t all work. But Thomason kept on working and came out of a physical game being able to shout a vengeful statement in his marker’s face.

AARON MORLEY…6.

Like Thomason, there were moments where the day did not go well at all. Morley’s set pieces were patchy but always looked to get on the ball and dictate play.

OWEN BECK…6.5.

Should have got things off to a scoring start but grew well into the game and showed some promising touches.

ELIAS KACHUNGA…6.

Didn’t deserve the grief. His pressing work in the first half was good and he tested the keeper. Still has to win over his doubters but unfair to overlook the positive contributions.

DION CHARLES…5.5.

Quite simply suffering for confidence. A couple of chances fell by the wayside, a few touches were less assured than they should have been. Needs a change in fortune.

DAPO AFOLAYAN…8.

Start to finish, the most positive man on the park. Kept going to the bitter end and completely deserved his big moment at the end.
