Another season is over and done with, but here at The Buff, we are just getting started.

Marc and Henry have vowed to keep bringing you Bolton Wanderers news all the way through the summer, starting with an in-depth discussion of the first team retained list.

Four players released, three given new deals, and a few players facing an uncertain future as Ian Evatt looks to remodel a team that fell just short in the play-offs.

We’ll revisit the two-legged defeat against Barnsley and ask: What went wrong? And we’ll look at the January signings and ask if anything more could have been done.

As always, we read out your emails – including a Wanderer abroad and a question about this season’s tactics – and the lads check out the Fantasy League table, which reaches its final game-week this weekend.
