Wanderers have sold out their full allocation of tickets for Saturday’s trip to Burton Albion.

The club received an allocation of 1,628 tickets, of which 328 are seated and 1,300 are terraced, for the fixture at the Pirelli Stadium.

Burton currently find themselves at the foot of the League One table, having taken just one point from their opening four games. That came against Wycombe last weekend following a goalless draw at Adams Park.

The points were shared when Ian Evatt’s men made the trip to the Pirelli Stadium in April, with Josh Walker cancelling out Victor Adeboyejo’s early opener against his former club.

Wanderers’ last victory in the fixture came last October, with Amadou Bakayoko and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson both scoring late goals after Sam Hughes had initially broke the deadlock.

Tickets are also on sale for next month’s EFL Trophy tie against Salford City at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.

The fixture takes place on Tuesday, September 5 and tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for over-65s and under-18s.

Only the lower tier of the East Stand will initially be open for the fixture but additional sections of the stadium may be opened depending on ticket sales. Further details will be confirmed in due course if this is the case.

Evatt’s men are aiming to defend their trophy after their memorable 4-0 win against Plymouth Argyle in the Wembley final last season. Kyle Dempsey, Dion Charles, Gethin Jones and Elias Kachunga were all on target against the Pilgrims in front of nearly 80,000 supporters at the famous venue.

Wanderers also overcame the likes of Manchester United Under-21s, Portsmouth and Accrington Stanley en route to the trophy.
