Wanderers will be looking to keep their automatic promotion hopes alive when they take on struggling Shrewsbury.

The Whites are four points behind second-place Derby following Saturday’s results but have played a game fewer at this stage.

Ian Evatt’s side drew 1-1 against leaders Portsmouth at the weekend, with Aaron Collins cancelling out Abu Kamara’s early opener.

Meanwhile, Shrewsbury were beaten 2-0 by Wycombe after late goals from Luke Leahy and Richard Kone.

The Shropshire club are without victory in their last four games and sit six points above the relegation zone heading into the final games.

When and where is the game being played?

The fixture takes place on Tuesday, April 16 (7.45pm) at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.

Bolton ran out 2-0 winners when the sides met at Montgomery Waters Meadow earlier in the season thanks to second-half strikes from Paris Maghoma and Aaron Morley.

The Whites also came out on top in Lancashire last season, with Josh Sheehan getting the decisive goal that day.
