Tom Cunniff wants to see more of the same as Wanderers Women prepare to take on Poulton Vics for the second weekend in a row.
The Whites secured an emphatic 4-0 victory on Sunday thanks to Elle Tweedle’s hat trick. Abbie Brown also got on the scoresheet.
Bolton have now won back-to-back games and sit third in the table as they aim to finish the campaign strongly.
“Really pleased with the performance,” Cunniff told the club channels. “We asked the girls to do a gameplan and they were brilliant. From the first whistle, the intensity was very high.
“We took our chances, tested the keeper early and looked really solid. We are really pleased with the performance.
“It is the momentum we wanted to take from the Fleetwood game into this one and we showed that. From the first whistle, we looked really confident on the ball.
“Our gameplan was to dominate the ball and we did that from the first half. We took the chances early and that set a precedent for the rest of the game.
“The whole team, we couldn’t have asked for more throughout. Anabelle (White) leads that from the back and our frontline was superb.
“We were exciting, the fast football we talk about in training is becoming a little bit more consistent in the games. We saw that, especially with Ella’s hat trick, capping off a really good day for us.”
Wanderers will look slightly different this weekend and Cunniff insists they cannot afford to rest on their laurels after Sunday’s result.
“Obviously, we know what to expect a little bit more now but so do they, so we have to be professional,” he continued.
“There will be one or two changes that are out of our hands next weekend, so we will be working in training this week to make sure we start well and I am very confident that we can put on a performance like we did again.”
