Wanderers Women will play their home fixtures at Daisy Hill next season, the club has announced.

Tom Cunniff’s side are gearing up for their second campaign in tier five as they aim to build on a third-place finish last term.

Bolton played their home games at Atherton Colls’ Dreams2Reality Stadium during their first season under club operations in 2024/25, in which they achieved a league and cup double.

Last term, the Whites moved to Chorley’s Victory Park as they made a positive start to life in tier five.

Now, Wanderers have found a new home in the local area as they team up with Daisy Hill, whose chairman is online streamer Aaron Hunt, a Bolton native. Additionally, their men’s team is managed by former Wanderers defender Nicky Hunt.

The ground, formerly known as New Sirs, was renamed The Ginge Power Stadium last year as part of a sponsorship with Angry Ginge, real name Morgan Burtwistle, another popular internet personality from the North West.

"A permanent home like this is what the group needs," Cunniff told the club site. "The Ginge Power Stadium gives us a base, with a surface and facilities the players have earned.

"We want Wanderers fans to come along and back us, because this team is going places and now is the time to get on board. Bring your families, fill the stands and we will give you a side worth following."

Hunt added: "Bolton is my club, so hosting the Wanderers women here at the Ginge Power Stadium means a great deal. I had the best years of my career in a white shirt.

"I know what a home crowd does for a team and I want that for these players. We will look after them and I'd ask Wanderers supporters to get down here and back the side."
