Edgworth 2nd XI proudly line up with their trophy after becoming the last-ever winners of the Bolton Association's second-team league. They have proved themselves the Association's dominant force in second-team cricket over the last two years, winning the league in 2014 as well as 2015, and withstood a challenge from Astley and Tyldesley to retain the trophy on the final day of the season. Pictured are, from left, back, Greg Boyes, Charlie Needham, Chris King, Mike Shore, Johnny Ivors, Chris Heyes (scorer), front, Ross McNaughton, Denver Thornton, Mike Davies, Jimmy Lee (captain), Rob Bancroft, Alex Waddicar and Sam Holden. Chris Bentley and George Holliday were absent when the photograph was taken. Picture by Rob Diggle.
