RADCLIFFE slumped to a miserable defeat at the hands of 10-man Curzon in the UniBond League Division One North at the Tameside Stadium.
Craig Dawson opened the scoring when he headed home Steve Hill’s corner a minute after the restart, but Boro squandered their advantage within five minutes to allow Ashton centre-forward Michael Norton to equalise from close range.
A goalkeeping howler from Phil Priestley on 59 minutes gifted the hosts the lead through Alex Elliott.
And Norton completed a fine second-half display from Curzon to wrap up the points with his second goal 18 minutes from time.
