THIS week’s delve into The Bolton News picture archives has unearthed this photograph from June 1992.

It features the Mytham County Primary School football team and the information accompanying the picture says they won the Little Lever Primary Schools' championship after an unbeaten season.

Do you recall that team or did you play for the school side?

Do you recognise any of the faces in the line-up?

Email david.pye@nqnw.co.uk with any recollections.

THE second picture was included in the sporting nostalgia section on February 7 and features the Bolton School Under18s team from 1990.

Reader Jon Twist emailed and said: "I am rather surprised how many people have contacted me about this team photo from when I was 16.

"The names for the team are as follows, with a couple of notes against Mark

and John. Back, from left, Rob Woodward, Zia Ullah, Mark Conn, Mark Bent, Simon Neill,

John Roberts (AO.com CEO); front, Mark Todd (co-founder energyhelpline), Nigel Paterson, me, Mike Potter and Ken Young."

Martin Wadsworth added: "I can have a stab at all 11 in the school team, who, after some discussion, I think were in both the Lower and Upper Sixths.

"They are, back, from left, Rob Woodward, Zia Ullah, Mark Conn, Mark Bent, Simon Neill, John Roberts; front, Mark Todd, Nigel Paterson, Jonathan Twist, Michael Potter and Ken Young.

"That’s what comes from being the head of sport at the time at Bolton School.

"Around half are living and working in the Lancashire and Greater Manchester areas.

"I see Jonny Twist regularly – he is secretary of the Old Boltonians Association and active with Old Bolts AFC.

"I happened to meet Si Neill recently who is also still active in football where he acts as an agent.

"Possibly the two best known nationally are Mark Todd, who co-founded Energyhelpline, the price comparison site and John Roberts, who is, of course, the recently re-appointed CEO of AO World."
