GRAB yourself a drink from the bar, gather round the table and join in with our special Bolton Wanderers pub quiz, starting at 7.30pm.

Quiz master Marc Iles will be testing your wits with a range of questions guaranteed to test the brain cells in a live stream on The Bolton News’ website.

Two teams will do battle on the night – with Tom Jenkins and James Jarvis representing the Lion of Vienna Suite (team name – That’s the Sound of Dapo-lice), and Chris Dawson and Dan Sumner teaming up under the moniker ‘Amaechi Like Sunday Morning’.

There will be six rounds for the teams to tackle, including a picture round and guess the player.

We also did a round of 10 questions specifically for the folks at home - and the answers can be found at the bottom of this story.

If you want to play along at home we recommend grabbing a pen and paper to make some notes and keep score – and make sure you tell us how well you are doing by tweeting @MarcIles with your updates. But no cheating!

As part of our premium subscription we will be bringing more live streams later in the year, along with a range of exclusive articles on Wanderers that you won’t find anywhere else.
