EMERGENCY glaziers were called in after vandals wrecked a shop front on Glasgow's top shopping street.
James Pringle Weavers in Buchanan Street had its windows daubed in a graffiti attack.
Part of the street was cordoned off as three giant panels of glass were replaced by a team of workmen yesterday morning but shop staff refused to reveal whether the vandals had been caught.
One 42-year-old glazier said: "We're called out fairly regularly to these sort of attacks.
"In most cases it's just boozed-up youngsters doing it for kicks, but it can look pretty unsightly for shop owners.
"There's CCTV operating all the way down the street so they'll soon be caught."
