When Danny Mayor signed up for us on a 3 year contract in the summer I was genuinely thrilled as I believe we have a promising player with bags of potential.
However his recent performances in pre-season and currently have fallen well below the standard that he set last season,I think his confidence will grow once he is able to follow up general good play with finishing.
I'm expecting big things from Danny this season but fear the security of his long term contract might be a factor with his drop in performances of late,(get out of the comfort zone and prove your worth Danny),we all know you are a good player now prove it,good luck with the awards I hope you are chosen in the Sky Bet player of the season
Good luck to Dudley too.
