3:01pm

2:55pm

New signing Duane Holmes has been handed a place on the bench after joining on a four-month loan from Huddersfield Town earlier today.

Bury manager David Flitcroft names an unchanged line-up from the side that started so brightly in the 2-1 victory over Plymouth last weekend.

Danny Nardiello drops down from the bench, however, after aggravating a groin strain in a brief substitute appearance against Argyle.

But Craig Jones returns after missing the last four games with a sciatic nerve problem, meaning Joe Thompson loses his place in the matchday squad.

Former Shaker Jordan Mustoe is in the Accrington starting line-up, as is striker Kai Naismith, who was the subject of a reported £20,000 offer from Bury, which the club refused.

2:14pm

This was a tough game and an important win for the Shakers! Well done! Should Accrington be prepared to let Naismith go, I do hope we are in a financial position to sign him - what an incredible addition he would make to our club. I was petrified every time he had the ball.
