A MAN has been committed for trial on a charge of misuse of a public communication system.
Myles Rimmel Hindley, 27, of Harpers Lane, Bolton, is charged with persistently making use of a public communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience and annoyance on June 12, 2018.
The charge includes making use of the communications network for the purposes of also causing needless anxiety to another person. A second charge of possession of seven snap bags of cocaine on December 27, 2017, with intent to supply it to another in contravention of 4(1) o the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, was adjourned to a further hearing on September 13.
