A MOTORIST who was caught driving without a seatbelt on has had their car seized by police.
Traffic officers were conducting routine patrols on July 27 when they noticed the owner of a black Vauxhall Astra driving without a seatbelt.
They flagged the driver down, and further checks revealed that the driver in question also had no insurance.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson for Bolton South said: "Officers from D Relief Response stopped a vehicle on Wigan Road, Deane, on July 26 after the driver failed to wear their seatbelt.
"The driver was also found to be uninsured, so the vehicle was seized and the driver has been reported for those offences."
