Patients have been asked to have their say on virtual appointments to help shape future care at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.
The move towards a more digital approach began during the pandemic, with many appointments delivered virtually, either by phone or video call where suitable.
The Trust is now asking for people to share their experiences and what people’s thoughts are on receiving care in this way.
Many healthcare settings saw a range of benefits for patients, including reduced time when it comes to travelling.
But the Trust is keen to know how patients were affected so they can determine if any changes should be made when delivering care in the future.
You can have your say in a five-minute survey here.
