Food hygiene inspectors have rated five eateries in Bolton in the latest round of inspections, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety, inspectors have rated two eateries a five out of five, one eatery a four out of five and two eateries a three out of five.

Jonesy's Juicy Bites at The Gatehouse Egerton Works, Egerton Street, Farnworth, Bolton, was rated a five after inspection on July 5.

The inspection report states the hygienic food handling is very good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety are both good.

The Britannia Inn at Britannia Inn, 32-34 King Street, Farnworth, Bolton, was also rated a five on July 5.

The inspection report states the hygienic food handling is very good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety are both good.

A Bolton eatery has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Nam Ploy Bradshaw, a takeaway at 103a Bradshaw Road, Bolton was given the score after assessment on June 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

The inspection report states the hygienic food handling is very good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety are both generally satisfactory.

Two Bolton eateries have also been handed new three-out-of-five food hygiene ratings.

Mash's Peri-Peri Chicken, a takeaway at 204 Deane Road, Bolton was given the score after assessment on June 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

The inspection report states the eatery is generally satisfactory in all areas.

Noor's Pizza & Grill at 168 Halliwell Road, Bolton, was also rated a three after inspection on May 30.
