It looks as covert police activities and also stars Alun Armstrong and Lesley Manville.

The Bolton News: Signs warning there would be filming

Production crews were seen outside the premises as the filming took place inside the property.

Residents on the nearby street were advised they may have to move their vehicles to allow filming to take place.

Vicky Humphries, who lives nearby, said: “We got a letter through the door saying they would be filming.

“I have not watched Sherwood, I do not get the time to watch TV, but it will be exciting to see our street on the TV.”
