A woman has been arrested on suspicion of trying car doors with the intent to steal in Heaton.
Police are now appealing for any witnesses in the Reeceton Gardens area to come forward with any CCTV footage.
The incident took place in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday)
A spokesperson for GMP Bolton West said: “Officers from the Bolton West team are appealing to residents in the Reeceton Gardens area for witnesses or CCTV footage of a female trying car doors in the early hours of this morning (January 16).

“Officers have arrested a female on suspicion of trying car doors with the intention to steal from within the vehicle (Vehicle interference).
“If you have footage or have witnessed anything in the area please make contact via 101 or via the GMP website chat facility and quote log 233 16/01/24.”
