A fire has broken out in Manchester city centre as firefighters continue to tackle the blaze.
Emergency services were called to the site in Cambridge Street at around 5pm.
The blaze started at the derelict Hotspur Press building besides Manchester Oxford Road railway station.

Twenty fire engines from stations across Greater Manchester were called to the scene, where three floors of the building were ablaze.

Multiple jets and the fire brigade’s air unit were also in use to prevent the spread of the fire.
Oxford Road station was also evacuated, with all lines blocked as fire crews worked at the site.
Rail replacement buses have been designated to routes from Manchester Piccadilly to Liverpool Lime Street in both directions.
Other services have completely closed due to the nature of the disruption, with customers advised by Northern Rail Services not to travel on routes between Blackpool North to Manchester Airport, Barrow/Windermere to Manchester Airport, Windermere to Oxenholme, Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Oxford Road, Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Airport and Southport to Manchester Oxford Road.

The cause of the blaze remains unclear, and investigations are ongoing.

The A34 Oxford Street in both directions was closed due to the building fire between Charles Street and B6469 Whitworth Street.
Additionally, nearby roads are also closed to assist, including Whitworth Street in both directions between A5103 Albion Street and A34 Oxford Street.
A spokesperson from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews are working hard to tackle the fire at the Hotspur Press building.
"Twenty fire engines from stations across Greater Manchester are at the scene, where three floors of the building are alight. Multiple jets and the air unit are in use to prevent the spread of the fire.
“All floors of the two apartment blocks at 1 Cambridge Street have been evacuated.”
Fire crews remain in attendance to tackle the fire.
