Frankies members enjoying the new pool table
A COMMUNITY group for people with complex needs has been boosted by the donation of a new pool table.
A spokesman for Frankies, which is based at Broadmead Day Centre on Golborne Road, Lowton, says the group cannot thank snooker and pool accessories shop Leigh Automatics enough for the donation.
As well as pool, Frankies offers bingo, craftwork, a soft room, food and drinks in a safe and relaxed environment.
Sessions are held from 4.30pm to 7pm every Thursday.
