A free mental health course is taking place to help people develop a deeper understanding of the issues.
People will learn about mental health and wellbeing, so they can put their new skills into practice.
The mental health promotion training programme is called Connect 5.
The course is designed to help people become more confident and skilled in having brief conversations that help people take actions to improve their mental wellbeing.
