Nissan Primera ? How embarrassing, not only to be driving that car but then to drive it in to a tree and have it advertised in the paper!

Section 4 public order? I'm sure it reads driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs? (Which is S.4 of the road traffic act 1988)

Suggest you google law definitions and at least know what your talking about!
I don't know much law but I know it's not public order.
