INVASION of Time' sees the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) return to his home planet of Gallifrey to claim the Presidency of the High Council of Time Lords. In a series of out-of-character moves, he expels many officials and even companion Leela (Louise Jameson) to the wastes of Outer Gallifrey. Sonce he is behaving totally out of character, it appears that The Doctor has succumbed to the dark side of his nature.
