KEITH ENTWISTLE On Sunday, July 13, 2014, in hospital, Keith aged 71 years. Loved husband of Janice, dearly loved father of Claire, Iain and Sarah, dear grandpa of Alex, Dan, George, Milly and Hattie, father-in-law-friend of Mark, Janet and Phil and a loved brother. Funeral service will take place at Smithills Chapel on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 2.30pm followed by committal at Overdale Crematorium West Chapel at 3.30pm. Family flowers only by request please donations in lieu if desired to The British Heart Foundation (cheques payable to the charity).
