So very Sorry Eddie only found out later today the sad news about Tony. I will always remember his wonderful make-up skills when we did the Wizard of Oz at Kearsley. I know he will be greatly missed. Much love and my heartfelt condolences.

Dear Aunt Eddie, so sorry to have learnt of the passing of Uncle Tony, my sincere condolences for your loss and my thoughts are with you, Gregory and family. I certainly have some very fond memories of you both over the years, but most definitely the times as a late teenager when I use to turn up with my dogs at your house or just turned up at your fancy dress shop whenever I felt like it. Uncle Tony and you always made me feel welcome anytime and was very supportive. I know distance has kept us apart over many years but I am so thankful to have seen you both when I was over in the UK a few years ago. RIP Uncle Tony. X

Tony was a major figure in my youth and teens helping run Bolton 44th Scouts. Many of me and my brothers memories are of scout camps and activities involving Tony , Eddy and their family. I remember him training us up as a first aid tteam, entering and winning competitions. A great character who loved the outdoors and will be missed by many generations of people he helped professionally and as a person. Nick H.
