CONSTANCE ANNE BLAND (nee Worthington) On June 12, 2012, Peacefully in Hospital after a brave and courageous fight Connie, aged 74 years passed away. Dearly loved wife of Michael, much loved mum of Neil, Anne and Ian, and the loved grandma of Chloe, Olivia, James and Ellie. also a loving mother in law, sister, sister in law and auntie. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, June 21, 2012 in Overdale Crematorium West Chapel at 11:30am.
