TERENCE MICHAEL MURPHY Margaret, Karen, Janice and the family were completely overwhelmed by the tributes, messages of sympathy, cards and offers of assistance received on the sad loss of Terry, and would like to thank all friends and neighbours, the staff of St Brendan's School and Les Williams and Co, everyone who attended the funeral, doctors, medical staff and receptionists at the Dunstan Health Centre, Doctor Tom and the nurses on B4 Acute Care Ward, Royal Bolton Hospital, Sue and Len from the White Horse, Harwood for the lovely buffet, Lesley Thomas Flowers of Horwich for the beautiful floral tribute, Father G Hilton of St Osmund's and John and his team from Howarth's Funeral Service for all their help, and everyone who donated to Prostate Cancer Research.
