HAROLD BIRTWISTLE Jean and family of the late Harold would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence, beautiful flowers and donations received during their recent sad loss. Special thanks to doctors and staff at Royal Bolton Hospital, to Reverend John Taylor for his lovely service and to Birtwistle's Funeral Service for their dignified and professional arrangements.
