DEREK WILLIAM SHAW The family of the late Derek would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the flowers, cards and donations received during their sad loss. We would like to thank Doctors and staff on E4 ward at Royal Bolton Hospital and staff at Farnworth Care Home. We would also like to thank Rev Sarah Fletcher for a lovely service and Co-operative Funeralcare, Farnworth for their funeral arrangements and kindness.
