MARGARET ANN HOLMES The family of the late Margaret would like to thank everyone for their messages of condolence and donations to The Alzheimer's Society. Special thanks to all those who made it possible for Margaret to end her days at home which include Homecare Support especially Michelle, Dr. Robert Walker, Ward C4, District Nurses, Hospice at Home and Marie Curie. Thank you to Hugh Morley of Christ Church Heaton for the lovely service, Peter and Margaret for the wonderful flowers, and to Mark Relph and his team for ensuring a fitting farewell.
