MICHAEL PARKER The family of the late Michael Parker would like to offer their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for all their kindness and sympathy shown them during their sad loss and for all cards, floral tributes and donations received for the Royal Bolton Hospital. A special and heartfelt thanks to Dr Boodhun and District nurses from Pikes Lane Medical Centre, also to Royal Bolton Hospital staff for their exceptional care of Michael. Thanks to the Minister for a beautiful service and also the staff at Worthington’s Funeral Service for all their help at this sad time.
