THOMAS 'ALAN' HORPE The family of the late Thomas 'Alan' Horpe wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also for the cards, letters of condolence, floral tributes received and donations to Bolton Hospice. Thanks to Dr Jones and all the staff at Mandalay Medical Centre, Doctors and staff of Bolton Hospice and all staff of Strathmore Nursing Home. Special thanks to the team of carers, Macmillan nurses and Marie Curie nurses. Thanks to the Rev David Dunn and St. Andrews Church, Bromley Cross, for a comforting service and to Dunscar Golf Club. Thanks to Stacey, Victoria, Hayley and all the staff at Relph's Funeral Service in Bolton for funeral arrangements.
