BETTY WARDLE Debra and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their lovely cards, support and donations to Bolton Hospice. Also many thanks to Doctors and staff at Dr Kirby and Partners for looking after Betty and supporting Debra and the family. Thanks to the Dictrict Nurses, especially Janet and Simone and the evening services nurses. We are grateful to Rev Ian Smart for the lovely service, help and understanding. A special thank you to Gill for her love and friendship to Betty. Thanks also to Howarth's Funeral Service, especially Laura for their help at this difficult time.
