I WOULD like to express my sympathy to the good residents of Chorley New Road, Horwich.

The Greenwood Hotel is a an eyesore and a blight to greet anyone coming into Horwich.

The road edges and pavements are radiused with spurious rubbish spoil from trucks delivering to the recycling mountain.

Is it really the time to send someone from the council to the south of France to sell the borough to influential developers on the French Riviera?

They may be more use with a brush and shovel back in Horwich.
