AFTER one tragic incident, the country has gone daft, dragging innocent dogs from their owners because of what they look like (Pit Bull-type).
After the tragic incident at Dunblane firing pistols were taken off the streets (unless you are a criminal). If a young person knocks someone down with a car do they take all young drivers off the streets? - No. Why? It is the same principal isn't it?
Bad dogs are not born - all puppies are born innocent. It is the owners who train them to go bad. I have a cross Staffie and she has a lovely nature, as have all the dogs I have had in my life, this is because they have been part of the family, in the house with us and included in our life.
