HANGING Baskets Row (The Bolton News, January 10)? What row? As the new, nave, independent Horwich Town councillor, I am amazed that a reporter from The Bolton News, who was not in attendance at the meeting at which the hanging baskets for Horwich town centre was an item for discussion, can describe what took place as row, furious or otherwise.
It was just a discussion about the pros and cons of the situation in which Horwich town councillors found themselves.
