COUNCILLOR Cliff Morris talks about the transformation of the Town Hall by saying "this building belongs to the people of Bolton and we want them to be able to use it". If the building belongs to the people of Bolton then would we be allowed to sit in the café (enjoying the building that belongs to us) without ordering anything or do we need to pay for the privilege ?
We all know the answer.
Sadly, our friends and neighbours will continue to vote for Cliff Morris and his Labour comrades, so regardless of a few letters of objection in the newspaper, the majority of people support him at the polling booth.
