MINDLESS idiots in Horwich for some reason think it's fun to upset diners in the area's restaurants.
This is a pity because Horwich has long been a mecca for successful eating establishments and regularly draws customers from distances. In fact, its restaurants have won a clutch of awards over the years.
We can only hope that the improvement of policing via more Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) in all areas of Bolton will make a difference.
That, and some way of forcing greater responsibility in parents regarding their children's whereabouts and activities, would be very welcome in 2007.
