First Bus.
HOW long do we have to wait before First Bus gets its act together and gets the 501 service back to normal?
It has gone from the best bus in Bolton to an utter shambles since the 519 and 529 went out of service.
It is not uncommon now to wait 25 minutes and 30 minutes on a regular basis.
We get a lot of feeble excuses from some staff.
We hope someone in authority can sort the problems out before winter comes as lots of older passengers will struggle with these times in bad weather conditions.
